SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

  • All orders are Shipped USPS

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase.

  • Standard shipping delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally range from 3-7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping delivery times are typically 1-3 business days. please email to request ( there is an additional fee)

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Expedited shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order please email to request ( there is an additional fee)

International Shipping:

  • We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number on our website.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Certain items, such as hazardous materials, cannot be shipped via air and may have restrictions on shipping to certain locations.

  • Please review our product listings for any specific shipping restrictions.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, by  sending a replacement item. (NO REFUNDS) please make sure you  have video footage opening the package to receive replacements

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy for information on returning or exchanging items.

Holiday Shipping:

  • During peak holiday seasons, such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, please allow for additional processing and shipping time.

  • We will provide shipping deadline information closer to the holiday season to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Toni Dominique . If you have any concerns about your order, please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 2 weeks of delivery for a replacement.

  • To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team at INFO@tonidominique.net or leave a message at 678-929-8014 to begin the replacement process.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

  • Once your return is received Video and photo evidence of damaged items, we will Ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

    • Software, downloadable products, and gift cards

    • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

    • Items purchased as part of a bundle or package deal (unless all items in the bundle are returned)

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

  • We will require photo and video evidence of the damage or defect before issuing a replacement. You must film you opening the package.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a return. (please email for details)
